Hey! Sorry I haven’t updated in like two weeks. We are right in the middle of our “I Love The 80′s” Series. Last week we kicked off the series with Bon Jovi’s “Living On A Prayer” and of course Mike spoke about prayer and what it really is. This week we played a song that most people when they hear no matter how young or old will sing along. Every time “Don’t Stop Believing” comes on the radio or is on the mix of songs a company plays in their stores I immediately know it. We played it this week to talk about faith and particularly to the mothers considering it was mothers day. Esther was in a crazy situation and was going to be killed along with the rest of her people but she didn’t give up and with the help of her uncle knew that she was there for such a time as this.

God knows what we can handle and even when things seem at their worst He is still working and knows how to help you grow. We can never stop believing that He is in control and wants the best for us. Things aren’t always going to play out exactly like you thought and there are going to be times when we are faced with tough decisions, but if we believe that God wants whats best for us and have faith that He is in control, it will be a lot easier to go the right way.

We still have 2 more weeks in our I Love The 80′s series and I am really excited to see how God will reveal Himself and His truths as we look back on that crazy decade.

Be Blessed
Brendan
